JASON

I began boxing training for fitness as a 13-year old and immediately fell in love with everything associated with the sport.

I started competing as an Amateur boxer when I was 15 and, during my 10 years in the Amateurs, I won 5 State and 4 National Titles. I also had the chance to travel the world representing Australia in some 10 different countries, including Russia, Cuba and the USA.

The highlight for me was competing with my twin brother at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi, India. We were only the third set of twins ever to represent Australia at this level.

I have previously worked as an apprentice Plumber, Landscaper and Personal Trainer but the demands boxing at the highest level puts on you made it impossible to hold down permanent work if I wanted to achieve all I dream of and boxing is now my full-time profession.

My life today is all about boxing and doing whatever it takes to reach the top. It consumes me. Every minute of every day I spend training and looking at ways to improve myself and, to me, no sacrifice is too big to make because I want nothing more than to be World Champion.

In my personal life, I live with my greatest supporter and long-time partner Jorja and our little dog Archie.

My future goals in boxing are focussed on one thing, and one thing only…..

I WILL become the Bantamweight Champion of the World!
